Bring your team
to the table.
Use the browser extension to connect your ESPN team automatically. It fills the league, team, season and both session cookies.
Where do I find these details?
- Sign in at ESPN Fantasy Football and open your team.
- Your team URL contains leagueId, teamId and seasonId.
- On a desktop browser, press F12 (or right-click → Inspect). Open Application → Cookies in Chrome/Edge, or Storage → Cookies in Firefox.
- Select the ESPN domain containing espn_s2 and SWID. Copy each cookie's value into the matching field here.
These are sensitive session credentials. Enter them only on this connection form. Keep the espn_s2 value exactly as copied.
Credentials and league snapshots are encrypted on the server. Cookies are never sent to AI services. You can remove the saved connection at any time.

Open your ESPN roster, then connect with Sunday Sleeper.

If no window opens, choose Sunday Sleeper from your browser’s Extensions menu.
Keep this page open. We’ll finish setup automatically.
Install or update the connector
Download Sunday Sleeper connector ↓- Extract the ZIP to a folder you’ll keep.
- Open chrome://extensions or edge://extensions and enable Developer mode.
- Choose Load unpacked and select that folder. Updating? Replace the existing files and click the extension’s Reload button instead.
- Refresh Sunday Sleeper, then open your ESPN roster. The connection window appears automatically.
Version 0.3.1 · An existing older connector must be updated once to enable automatic setup. Resetting your account does not uninstall it.
